Design Consultation

We’ll sit down and get to know you and what you want in the way of your custom design. Then we’ll start working on some design concepts together.

While all design processes are unique, this is the sort of thing you can expect at our initial meeting. We’ll talk about your vision, learn what gemstones you’d like, draw some simple
concepts and take note of your likes and dislikes.

Sometimes we might need to meet again or email you some options to narrow down your design choice (we may be able to give you an indicative price at this stage).

Crafting Your Piece

Now it’s time for one of our three Master Jewellers to create your bespoke piece in our on-site workshop. They’ll work closely with our design team to ensure your bespoke piece matches your vision AND is practical and able to withstand years of love.

We don’t usually require you back in-store during this process. We’ll keep you updated with progress images via email or text and contact you when your piece is ready to collect.
