Your jewellery is collected at the airport as part of the departure process, before you leave New Zealand.
WHAT TRAVEL DETAILS DO YOU NEED?
We'll need your international departure details so we can arrange the duty-free collection process with you.
HOW FAR AHEAD SHOULD I ORDER?
For custom-made jewellery, we recommend beginning the process at least 4–6 weeks before departure. If you're travelling sooner, talk to us — a proposal-ready ring may be an option.
