Delivery within New Zealand
Orders over $99 receive complimentary delivery throughout New Zealand.
Orders under $99 are charged a flat delivery rate of $10.
All jewellery is sent using a tracked courier service and is insured while in transit. A signature is required on delivery.
In-stock items are generally dispatched within three working days of confirmed payment unless otherwise advised.
International Delivery
We welcome international orders.
Delivery to Australia is $60, with delivery to other international destinations from $100. Delivery times vary by destination.
International orders may be subject to local duties, taxes or customs clearance charges. These are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
For unusually large or specialised items, we’ll confirm any additional freight costs with you before proceeding.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be delighted with your jewellery.
If you change your mind about an eligible in-stock purchase, you may exchange it within 14 days of purchase, provided it is unworn, undamaged and in its original condition, with proof of purchase.
If a suitable replacement is not available, we may provide a Fishers Jewellers store credit in accordance with our change-of-mind policy.
Custom-made, specially ordered, engraved, altered or resized jewellery may not be eligible for change-of-mind exchange because it has been made or modified specifically for you.
