All prices listed on the website are New Zealand currency, and GST inclusive. Interest at 18% will be charged on all invoices unpaid at 60 days.

The risk in the goods supplied shall pass to the buyer on delivery but the property ownership and/or title shall not pass until full payment is received.

In the event of credit collection action action the client will be responsible for all agents charges, commissions, legal and court costs.

Any diamonds supplied in items by ourselves have been purchased from legitimate sources.

Delivery

All items are delivered via New Zealand Courier Post Track and Trace service with signature required unless otherwise requested. All couriers have full cover insurance on enclosed items.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping costs.

Large items freight may vary, costs will be advised at time of purchase.

Deposits
We require a 50% deposit for all services and orders of product.

All orders will be confirmed to begin manufacture or request for supply upon receiving payment of the confirmed deposit, all deposits are non- refundable. Any change of mind may incur non refundable fees or additional cost to recover costs to the original price estimated.

Refund Policy
As a good will gesture, if you change your mind and decide you no longer like or require the goods or that they are the wrong type, size or colour we will exchange the goods with in 14 days of purchase if we are satisfied that the goods are in their original condition and have not been worn or damaged in anyway whatsoever and you produce a receipt, tax invoice or other satisfactory evidence as Proof of Purchase.

If you cannot find a suitable replacement for exchange we will offer a credit in store which expires after 6 months, not a refund. You have rights under the New Zealand Consumer Law.
